Every time I head over in that direction, it rains. Common fact: I love the rain.
Every time I think of heading over there I get reminded that I must practice with my new electric/acoustic guitar, due to that being the home state of the guy that inspired me to buy the eight-hundred dollar-odd thing in the first place. Common fact: I love my guitar.
Well, as I type, Jason Mraz is performing in Virginia at that institute. I sure wish I was thinking about VA Ave. right about now. It was a bit... depressing. Call me crazy. I know his concerts last about three hours, or, at least, his Songs for Friends gig did, anyhow. Not to mention the manager let him stay on the stage for about five extra minutes, just in time to sing "10000 Motherfuckers", as well as slap my [favorite] red Clarks hat on his Independent black one and run off to get some sleep.
I did the same.
But you guys have heard this story tons of times; especially Sami, in Arabia, whom I texted several times prior to the show. He wanted me to make out with Mraztastic Boy, but I just said "No". No more texts after that.
My hand was shaking too much.
